2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CDT on July 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CDT on July 18, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility Open only to:
Legal residents of Florida
Age 18 or older at the time of entry Employees, immediate family members, and household members of TechShield Phone Repair LLC are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter There are two methods of entry.
Method 1 – In-Store Entry Visit TechShield Phone Repair LLC during the Promotion Period and complete an official entry form. No purchase is required. Method 2 – Free Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry) Hand-print your:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 18, 2026 and received within seven (7) days thereafter. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.
Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize One (1) winner will receive:
Xbox Series S Console
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $299.99 No cash substitutions.
Prize is non-transferable.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within ten (10) business days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email. If the selected winner: cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, fails to meet eligibility requirements, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Pickup Winner must present a valid government-issued photo ID when claiming the prize. Prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days after notification. Failure to claim the prize may result in forfeiture.

9. Publicity Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for TechShield Phone Repair LLC to use the winner’s:

Photograph
City of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to:
Verify eligibility. Disqualify anyone attempting to tamper with the entry process. Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

11. Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TechShield Phone Repair LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

12. Privacy Information collected will be used solely for administering this Sweepstakes and for contacting the winner. Entrants may also choose to receive future promotional communications from TechShield Phone Repair but are not required to do so.

13. Winner List To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days after the drawing to:
